Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before registering on the Platform of NEXCON available at www.nexcon.digital owned by NEONEX Industry Performance GmbH based in Königstraße 2, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany (“The Administrator”).

 

Your access to and use of the Platform and its content is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users and others who access or use the Platform.

 

By accessing or using the Platform and its content you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Platform and its content.

 

Access

Access to the Platform is provided free of charge. To access the Platform, the registration of a user needs to be confirmed by the Administrator of the Platform. The Administrator reserves the right to restrict the access to the Platform for selected applicants.

 

Content of the platform

Views expressed by the presenters in the video content accessible on the Platform by speakers are their own. Administrator cannot accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any presenter.

 

Insurance

​

It is the responsibility of the Platform user to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their use of the Platform. Administrator cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property.

  

Credentials

​

False certification of an individual as a user, misuse of user’s access rights will be just cause for expelling the user from the Platform and/or banning them from future entrance into the Platform. 

 

Changes

​

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. In case of a revision, we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
