Mr Noller is a German internet-entrepreneur, founder and CEO of the nugg.ad predictive behavioural targeting company, and former chairman of the IAB Europe Policy Committee. With his new start up Ubirch, Mr Noller created the Blockchain for Things - a platform that leverages crypto technologies for IoT applications.
