After studying Industrial Engineering and Management in Germany, Tobias Monden gained 15 years of leadership and consulting experience covering various areas such as automotive, aerospace, transportation, manufacturing, energy and sustainable solution industry. During his career, he worked in several management positions in Germany, Czech Republic and China. Following to his previous assignment as Managing Director of MBtech Group China, he was advising clients in improving their operations including strategic positioning as well as structural and operational adjustments in China, Germany and in cross-border projects. Tobias Monden has profound experience in interims management, strategy implementation and turn around management. Moreover, he is a full member of ATTA (Asia Turn Around and Transformation Association).  Tobias Monden joined Staufen Shanghai in 2016.
